New Hampshire Afterschool Network

The New Hampshire Afterschool Network (NHAN) is a partnership of local and state organizations, collaborative groups and other stakeholders joined together around a common vision to actively engage in the development of sustainable systems to inform policy, enhance the quality and professionalism of the field and create a system of support that adequately meets the unique needs of all youth in New Hampshire during out-of-school time (OST) hours.

  • NHAN successfully worked to have NH Kids Count selected Promoting Workforce Development through Afterschool and Summer Learning as a 2014 Legislative Priority. 

  • Mayoral Summit for Afterschool and Summer Learning: focus on afterschool and summer learning as a vehicle for workforce development. 

  • Adopted HEPA Standards.
  • The Afterschool Professional Development Credential Lattice was updated. Available here
